Frequently Asked Questions

How long will my order take to arrive?

Every CapHub garment is made to order, so please allow 3–5 working days for us to make and pack it, plus delivery time on top. In total, expect your order within 10–15 working days. You'll get a tracking link once it ships.

What sizes do you offer?

Our size charts are on every product page. Since we make each garment to order, we recommend checking the size chart carefully before ordering, if you're between sizes, our Returns & Exchange policy makes it easy to swap for free.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Not currently, we accept prepaid orders only, through UPI, debit card, credit card, or net banking.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes. You have 7 days from delivery to request a free return or exchange, at no cost to you. See our Returns & Exchange Policy for full details.

What if my size doesn't fit?

Just get in touch within 7 days and we'll arrange a free exchange for the right size.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking link by email and WhatsApp once your order ships.

Currently across India only.
