At CapHub, every garment is made to order especially for you. This means we begin stitching only after your order is placed, so please allow a little extra time compared to buying something already sitting on a shelf.
Once your order is placed, our team gets to work making it. Please allow 3–5 working days for your garment to be made, checked and packed.
After your order is packed and handed to our courier partner, delivery typically takes:
- Metro cities (Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): 5–8 working days
- Other cities and towns across India: 8–12 working days
- Remote and rural areas: 10–15 working days
In total, please expect your order to arrive within 10–15 working days of placing it. We know that's longer than buying off a shelf, it's the trade-off for a garment made specifically for you rather than mass-produced in advance. If your order is likely to take longer than 15 working days for any reason, we will contact you proactively.
We currently ship across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email and SMS/WhatsApp, so you can follow your parcel's journey.
Our courier partners typically attempt delivery 2–3 times. If delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery or a refund as applicable.
